Sports Day

Sports Day for all the children will be on Friday 4th July starting at 9:30am. Children need to come to School in their PE kit and parents are invited to picnic with their children at 12:30pm. All children bring their own packed lunch, (anyone who is entitled to free school meals needs to advise the School Office). If there are any parents who would like to help with the events at Sports Day could they please let the School Office know.

 

Swimming in September

Children in Year 3 & 4 will be going swimming on Tuesday mornings in September. The cost will remain at £4 per lesson, payable weekly, half termly or termly.

 

Grease

Tickets for the Year 6 performance of Grease are available from the School Office. The performances are on Monday 7th July at 1:30pm and Wednesday 9th July at 7:00pm

 

Year 6 Visit to Edgbarrow

Year 6 will be at Edgbarrow on Tuesday 2nd July for their induction day.

 

The Year 4 Choir

Year 4 Children sang at coats on Monday 23rd June, the children performed well and residents thoroughly enjoyed the singing.

 

Girls Kwik Cricket

A team of girls will be attending a Kwik Cricket festival at Wellington on Thursday 3rd July, letters to those attending have been sent out.

 

The Zone Summer Holiday Club

The Zone Holiday Club will be open from 24th July until 20th August. We have limited placesso please book now. All children need to be registered  at the Club. All payments need to be made in advance before the end of term. Only bookings made direct through the Zone will be taken, please pop in during opening times or phone the Zone mobile on 07787 772305. Summer Soccer School

New Era Soccer School will be running a summer soccer fun week at Edgbarrow for boys and girls aged 5-14years. These dates are 29th July - 1st August, 4th - 7th August and 26th - 29th August. Cost is £66. If anyone is interested, forms are available from the School Office.
