We need your help please!!

 

 

Tombola Donations

The children are invited to bring in prizes suitable for the Tombola. anything from bubble bath, an unopened toy, biscuits, chocoaltes or a bottle of wine.You can bring these in any time and leave them in the box outside the office. Please ensure that any glass bottles and alcohol are brought in by an adult for safety reasons.

 

Sweets for Prizes

Attached to this letter is a plastic bag and we'd be very grateful if your child could return it to school filled with sweets by Tuesday 1st July.  These will be used as prizes on stalls at the Carnival. Sweets, lollies (no chocolate please due to potential heat!) - different sizes would be appreciated. Thank you!

 

Cakes, Friday 4th July

We will have a cake stall at the Carnival as well so we would appreciate donations of cakes and biscuits etc - preferably home made if possible. Please bring these in on Friday 4th July and leave them by the office.

 

Help on the day

We have 2 stalls to run on the day of the Carnival and this will run from 11am -4pm. Therefore we would appreciate help to man these. Just 30 or 60 minutes of manning the stall is a help to us so please speak to either Malin Rodgers, mum to Eloise in Y1 and Emily in Foundation 2 or Ramona Ross, mum to Emma and Hannah in Y1 and Harry in Foundation 1.  The rota sheet is already up on the noticeboard outside the main entrance - feel free to add your name to the list.

 

Please put the date in your diary and bring all your family and friends along too.
